Professional Experience
Bob's primary area of practice is personal injury law. He has practiced in this area for his entire legal career and has achieved excellent results for injured individuals through negotiation, mediation, and litigation. He also practices in the area of property and real estate.
Professional Activities & Affiliations
Bob has taught a Business Law Course at Acadia University for the last ten years. He is a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the Brain Injury Association of Nova Scotia (and Board member for the Annapolis Valley Branch). In the past he has served as Chair of the Medical Legal Committee of the Kings County Barristers' Society, as a Board Member with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Society for Kings and Annapolis County, and was a member of the Canadian Share Owners Association.
Activities within the Firm
Bob heads up TMC LAW's personal injury practice group and is a member of the property and real estate practice group. As well he regularly acts as Social Director and Entertainment Coordinator at many firm functions.
Personal Interests
An accomplished painter, Bob has immortalized some of the partners on canvas. He enjoys being a Dad and describes himself as a novice stock market investor who was featured in an article on small investors in the national edition of the Globe and Mail. He is an avid collector of old share certificates and world currencies. Bob is also a recreational runner, and has recently completed his seventh Marathon.
