Litigation

The members of our General Litigation Group provide a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution experience. We represent plaintiffs and defendants in all types of disputes.

Our focus for clients is in finding an appropriate cost-efficient and fair solution. We work closely with our clients to identify and avoid roadblocks and to seize opportunities for solutions. We provide timely and effective advice to try to head off disputes before they arise or before they become more formal and disruptive. We regularly provide advice and risk analysis to clients that is appropriate to each client and to the particular situation our client is facing.

We are comfortable resolving disputes informally through consultation and negotiation but are equally comfortable using all methods of mediation and arbitration. In addition, when litigation through the court process is the best solution, we use our experience and hard work to advocate effectively for our clients.
