Professional Experience
Terry is a graduate of Acadia University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics. Following graduation from Acadia, Terry attended Dalhousie University and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1994.
Following Terry's call to the Nova Scotia Bar, he practised civil ligitation in a Halifax firm for 10 years. Terry has represented clients at all levels of Court in Nova Scotia and before various Administrative Boards and Tribunals. In 2008 Terry decided to return to his roots in the Annapolis Valley and joined Taylor MacLellan Cochrane as an associate in November 2008. Terry became a partner at the firm in January 2011.
Terry's practice at Taylor MacLellan Cochrane focuses primarily in the area of financial services, including security realization, foreclosure, bankruptcy and insolvency, and related litigation.

Terry is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, Kings County Barristers' Society, Canadian Bar Association - Nova Scotia, Eastern Kings Chamber of Commerce and Risk Management Association (RMA).
