Professional Experience

Prior to joining TMC LAW, Terry practised in Halifax with Scaravelli & Associates for 10 years. His practise focused on general litigation and personal injury litigation. Terry has represented clients at all levels of Courts in Nova Scotia. He has also represented clients before various administrative boards and tribunals.

Professional Activities & Affiliations

Terry is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, Kings County Barristers' Society, Canadian Bar Association - Nova Scotia, Eastern Kings Chamber of Commerce and Risk Management Association (RMA). He is also the past President and former Board Member of Bide Awhile Animal Shelter Society.

Activities within the Firm

Terry is a member of the commercial remedies team, the general litigation practice group and the personal injury practice group.

Personal Interests

When Terry is not at the firm, he is an outdoors guy. He enjoys tennis, mountain biking, tending his vegetable garden and puttering around his hobby farm. When Terry is inside, he enjoys working away on his eclectic collection of books and ephemera on Annapolis Valley history.
