Professional Experience
Charles first joined Taylor MacLellan Cochrane as a law student in the summer of 2006. He subsequently articled with the firm starting in June 2007 and became an associate lawyer upon being called to the Bar in June 2008.
During his last semester of law school Charles was enrolled in the Dalhousie Legal Aid Service clinic. While at the clinic he served as the student coordinator of the Tenants Right programme. This experience afforded Charles the opportunity to appear before various Residential Tenancies mediations and hearings, and to conduct public information sessions on residential tenancy issues.
Upon graduating from law school Charles earned a certificate for the successful completion of the Marine and Environmental Law Programme.
Charles has appeared as advocate in various levels of the Nova Scotia courts. He primarily enjoys assisting clients in a wide range of corporate, commercial, and real estate matters.
