Immigration and Citizenship Law
The TMC LAW Immigration and Citizenship Law Team provides legal services and advice to individual and corporate clients in this often-changing area of the law. Services include all Canadian immigration applications including applications for permanent and temporary residence, work and study permits, citizenship applications and refugee claims.
Our team also assists individual and corporate clients in advocating their claims before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, other administrative agencies such as Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, and the Federal Court of Canada.
